Terms of Service

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Authentication is provided via Clerk. Notify us at support@mockrock.me if you suspect unauthorized access.

MockRock provides AI-generated mock technical interviews, feedback, and related tooling. The Service is provided on a best-effort basis; results, feedback, and evaluations are generated by AI systems and should be treated as educational guidance, not guaranteed indicators of real interview performance.

Paid plans are described on our Pricing page. Interview sessions consume credits (1 credit = 1 minute) plus a 2-credit setup fee per session. Subscription plans renew automatically until cancelled. All prices are in USD. Payments are processed by third-party payment providers; we do not store full card details.

Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for anything unlawful or to harass, defraud, or harm others.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the Service or its underlying AI models.
• Share account access, resell credits, or impersonate another person.
• Upload content you do not have rights to, or content that is illegal, discriminatory, or infringing.
• Interfere with the operation of the Service or overload it with automated traffic.

You retain ownership of content you submit (resume text, notes, audio). You grant MockRock a limited license to process that content to provide the Service (for example, passing it to our AI providers to generate interview questions and feedback). We do not use your content to train third-party foundation models.

AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate. You are responsible for evaluating its usefulness. MockRock makes no guarantee that the output reflects what a real interviewer would say.

The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by MockRock and protected by applicable IP laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or branding.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or if required by law. You may stop using the Service at any time. Unused credits are forfeited on termination except where the termination is caused by our material breach.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MockRock’s aggregate liability arising out of or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim. MockRock is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost interview offers or career outcomes.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced via the Service or by email. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
