• Usage data — interview transcripts, audio, resume text, notes, and generated feedback.
• Technical data — IP address, user-agent, device type, and basic telemetry.
• Payment data — transaction metadata only (plan, amount, status). Full card details are handled by our payment processor.

To provide and improve the Service, generate AI-powered interview feedback, process payments, respond to support, and meet legal obligations.

We process your data based on contract performance, legitimate interests (security, abuse prevention, product improvement), and consent where required.

We share the minimum data necessary with third-party providers for hosting, storage, AI model inference, voice infrastructure, and payment processing. All providers are bound by data processing agreements. A current list is available on request.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it to train third-party foundation models.

We retain your data while your account is active so you can revisit past sessions. You can request deletion anytime by emailing support@mockrock.me. We may retain limited records (billing, abuse, legal) as required by law.

You may request access, correction, portability, deletion, or withdraw consent by emailing support@mockrock.me with the subject “Data Request”. We respond within 30 days.

If you are in the EEA or UK, you may lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

We use encryption in transit, managed authentication, and restricted access to protect your data. No system is perfectly secure; report suspected vulnerabilities to support@mockrock.me.

Your data may be processed in countries outside your own. Where required, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses and equivalent safeguards.

The Service is not intended for users under 16. If we learn we have collected data from a child under 16, we will delete it.

We use strictly necessary cookies for authentication and session management. No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
