Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains when refunds and cancellations apply to purchases made on MockRock.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase, provided no credits from that purchase have been consumed. Once any credits are used — including the 2-credit setup fee charged when an interview session begins — the purchase becomes non-refundable.

2. Subscription Plans

You may cancel a subscription (such as the Pro monthly plan) at any time from your dashboard. Cancellation stops the next renewal but does not refund the current billing period. You retain access to subscription benefits until the end of the paid period.

3. Credit Expiry

Pay-as-you-go and Starter Pack credits do not expire. Pro subscription credits roll over for one calendar month; any unused Pro credits older than one month are forfeited at the next renewal. Expired credits are not eligible for refund.

4. Credit Packs

Credit packs (for example, the Starter Pack) are non-refundable once any credits have been used. If no credits have been consumed, you may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase.

5. Failed Sessions

If an interview session fails due to an issue on our side (for example, an outage, model unavailability, or voice infrastructure error), we stop deducting credits from the point of failure. Credits already consumed for the portion of the session that was delivered — including any transcript or partial feedback generated — are non-refundable. For anything unusual, email support@mockrock.me.

6. How to Request a Refund

Email support@mockrock.me with:

  • The email address associated with your MockRock account.
  • The payment receipt or transaction ID from Razorpay.
  • A short description of the reason for the refund request.

We typically respond within one business day and process approved refunds within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

7. Chargebacks

We encourage you to contact us before initiating a chargeback. We will always try to resolve billing concerns directly. Accounts with unresolved chargebacks may be suspended.
