How credits work
1 credit equals 1 minute of interview time. Starting an interview consumes a 2-credit setup fee, and each minute thereafter consumes 1 credit.
Pay-as-you-go and Starter Pack credits never expire — come back in two weeks or two years, they’ll still be there. Pro subscription credits roll over for one month; anything unused after that window is forfeited on the next renewal. You can cancel Pro anytime — cancellation stops the next renewal.
If a session fails on our side, we stop deducting credits from the point of failure. Credits already consumed for the portion of the session that was delivered are non-refundable. See our refund policy for the full terms.
